Tom and Wendy aim to explore the intersection of culture, conspiracy, and Christianity. The Cunninghams are fierce patriots, long-time conspiracy investigators, but it's their love for the Lord that anchors and guides them. Ezekiel 33:6 says, "But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, so that the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any one of them, that person is taken away in his iniquity, but his blood I will require at the watchman's hand." Are gas prices the only thing we have to worry about?

Iran. Yep. We're still talking about it. Hopefully, we won't be talking about it for much longer, but it's hard to know what to think or how this thing is going. It could be the worst thing to happen to our country in a decade, or it could be over next week. Understanding the why we're there and what's coming are two important things to consider regarding this conflict. There is a lot of propaganda around it, and we've got to be discerning. I think it's safe to say no one is too thrilled with what's happening. It's splitting the base and endangering the midterms. But God is on the throne.

The GOP is stealing your voice and vote

Today, we're bringing it local because I'm willing to bet what's happening here in deep red Tennessee is happening where you live as well. The GOP is worse than the Democrats when it comes to entrenched establishment RINOs. We've got proof. Both of us were kicked off the GOP local executive board over a year ago because we failed to vote in a primary election where the incumbent was running unopposed. That disqualified us under their new bylaws. The real reason we were removed was because we're loyal to people and not party. Well, it's happened again. One of our local state candidates was removed from the ballot here despite meeting every requirement stated in the bylaws. The GOP can take off whoever they want for whatever reason. Did you know that? It's time you did because it's happening where you live too.

To strike Iran or not to strike Iran, is that the question?

Today, we're diving into the why behind this war in a new way. We've both come a long way on how we view this conflict and it's perhaps different than the position we've taken in the past. Is it as simple as Israel is to blame or Trump has sold us out? I don't think so. I believe, we've found ourselves in this position because of decades of bad decisions and an unwillingness to confront the corruption that's been taking hold for a long time. It's not so much a question of whether we should have bombed Iran, it's a matter of what other options do we have? And as a micro example, we also have a discussion about homeschooling and how we prepare our kids for an unknowable future.

What's going on in Iran?

Today, we are breaking a very long conversation into two parts. So, make sure you check back in tomorrow to catch the rest. We've got a lot to say. But today, we're talking about what we know, what we think, what might be going on with Israel, and what this could all mean for America long-term and in the midterm elections. As usual, Tom is more pessimistic, and Wendy tends toward the optimistic tone. There is just so much to talk about and so little we know at this point in the conflict.
